AAA Editor Notes
Steamboat and Museum of Missouri River History is .2 mi. s.e. of US 136 along the Missouri River in Brownville State Recreation Area. The museum is on the dry-docked Captain Meriwether Lewis, a river dredge that worked on the Missouri 1932-69. Displays present a historical overview of life along the river; some of the dredge's cabins are period-furnished.

Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
