Nebraska Prairie Museum is at 2701 Burlington St. Among the highlights of the museum is the WWII German POW Interpretive Center, which houses artifacts, documents and photographs that depict Camp Atlanta, a prison that was located southwest of town. Paintings by Thomas Naegele document the era. Town Square features pioneer businesses. Other exhibits include farm machinery, period clothing, a church, a school and a house as well as artifacts and pictures from Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show. Time: Allow 2 hours minimum.
