Pros: This is an attractive, comfortable, modern facility. The room was very quiet, parking was certainly adequate, and there are restaurants nearby.
Cons: When we checked in, we were told the room had been paid for instead of my paying for it when I checked in using a different credit card, which I had asked for when I booked the reservation. The room clerk couldn't tell me what the room cost was and referred me to my booking.com reservation. I didn't have a printed copy since we'd been traveling, didn't think I needed one,.and left feeling concerned that I was being charged an incorrect room fee. Further, we were charged a $50 deposit for incidentals which I knew nothing about when I made the booking. I called Booking.com and had some resolution but much as I like Hampton Inn, I would be reluctant to stay in another or use a booking company. The experience with the room clerk was a bit demeaning and as an older traveler, I felt that I'd been treated disrespectfully. The $50 deposit for incidentals is still on my credit card 2 days later.

Pros: Check in was a breeze! we had been traveling for hours and had several hours to go before our final destination. We were able to check in quickly and up to our room which was very pleasant, clean, spacious and very comfortable!
