We stayed here overnight on our way to Colorado from Chicago. The hotel is very nice as it just completed an entire renovation. Our (1) queen room was very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The staff was extremely nice and recommended a great local place for dinner (smothered rib eye at Teps was awesome). Bed was comfy, great night sleep and the breakfast fueled our tanks to get back on the road in the morning. Hotel is conveniently located across from a Walmart, many fast food chains and gas stations.
Pros: The renovations are beautiful, room very spacious and had a microwave and dorm fridge.
Cons: The breakfast room is laid out a little poorly, you had to crisscross the room to get items (cereal on one side, milk on the other, etc.).
Traveling as Couple
Comfortable, clean, friendly service with a continental breakfast.
Pros: The swimming pool was warm and not too chlorinated.
Cons: There was a piece of gutter outside our room that had become loose and flapped in the wind.
Family with Young Children
Pros: The room was excellent. I liked the ground floor with an outside door and hall door. The clerk was very kind and helpful.
Cons: The pool and hot tub REALLY need attention. No clorine made the pool dirty and slimy on the bottom. Same with the hot tub.
