Pros:
Cons: Outside structure and grounds need attention. Noone ever came to seat us for breakfast we waited 10 min and left. Waitress even said we couldn't seat ourselves. Young man working front desk made rude comment to another employee referencing to my son and his weight. Pathetic, he's only 14

Pros: All aspects of the property were clean and stunning. Staff helpful at front desk.
Cons: Wife couldn't sleep at all. Nor was there any pillow variety (I need very firm).

Cons: Booking.com did not give the reservation to the hotel for my second room. Spent from 230pm to 1130pm fighting to get the second room between calling booking 3 times and talking to the front desk at least 6 times. I had the confrimation in hand that said 2 rooms. Front desk employee that was nice did not know any answers and had to ask his "supervisor" to get any answers. Supervisor very unpleasant gave wrong information. ( that the third party charged me for the booking not the hotel and if she just gave me a room i would have to pay for the third reservation if it ever came threw) she had the opportunity to correct the situation immediately but turned me away telling me to deal with booking.com directly and hope they got it fixed on their end because the hotel didn't guarantee anything or if a room would still be there be as they were busy. So all 7 people in my party two familys stayed in one room while I called booking over and over being on hold for hours. Finally a 3rd employee at the desk said no problem we will get you in a room and have the manager work everything out in the morning. This was at 1130pm. The second room had mold growing along the Celing but out of fatigue and frustration we just fell asleep. The hotel then charged me for two rooms in the morning without Hassel or speaking to the manager.
