This hotel is great for those staying longer than average in Omaha. Rooms come equipped with similar amenities to a small apartment; full size refrigerators as well as large dining tables are offered.
Smoke free premises. 108 units, some two bedrooms, efficiencies and kitchens. 4 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
Cons: No one made any effort in trying to find my tennis bracelet
The hotel is hard to reach due to the number of roads in the area, you have to know where your going. Good for a single business person but rooms are small for leisure travel.
Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: Needed two beds the would not let us switch even though they had rooms, hard to reach due to roads.
Pros: Patio with full sized bbq grill was a plus. Also, excellent customer service by the entire staff.
Cons: WiFi service was non-existent.
Great room, Great Price, Great...
Pros: I liked the breakfast and the hint from our check in staff to wait until 8am to eat due to the large amount of college world series folks that would eat early. This allowed me to sleep in which I desperately needed! As well, we arrived late (11pm) after a very long day of travel. My 16 year old son was desperate for a swim and our check in staff allowed him to use the pool despite it being closed for the night. We really appreciated that thoughtfulness!
Felt like home
Pros: The rooms were awesome, plenty of space to be comfortable, including stove, sink, fridge was great to have for leftovers from the restaurant
Staff is Excellent!
Pros: Breakfast offering is limited. Staff is excellent!
Comfortable Beds means a good...
Pros: I liked that my sleep was wonderful because the bed and sheets were soft and comfortable! After a day of traveling, this is the most important feature to me! I liked being able to make my own coffee in a regular pot.
Cons: I didn't like the smell in my room as it seemed to indicate there was a smoker in that room for a long time. When I booked online, I notated a non smoking room. I was too tired to change by the time I got in my room. Since there is a refrigerator in the room, why not use those compact creamers to store it in or use the non refrigerator type? I don't really care for the dried powder packets. I used them though!
