This small eatery focuses on a fresh seasonal menu that highlights the wide array of local produce and meat available while drawing inspiration from all sides of the globe. It can be a bit of a culture clash when looking at the menu and seeing Far East-inspired ginger pork dumplings lined up next to Southwest short rib tacos and poblano macaroni and cheese, but that only adds to the experience here.
