Pros: I arrived extremely late to the hotel, there was a friendly staff member to greet me. That was wonderful. My bed was extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was yummy. I was excited that the pool and hot tub both worked!
Cons: Two things were not good, there was very little water pressure in my shower and the hot water was in short supply. Other guests were extremely loud, i.e., running in the hall way, slamming their doors. This started at 4:30 a.m. It ruined my stay.

Pros: Hotel met our needs, very comfortable for a one night stay. offer a nightly drink & snack hour which was an excellent way to wind down. Woman who staffed the above average breakfast was extremely friendly & even offered to pack a little snack for us.

Cons: The eggs were overcooked and I'm just not a fan of the turkey sausage. It's edible, but I don't look forward to it.
The fitness room was very small. I would appreciate 1 elliptical machine instead of 2 treadmills. Also, there were no dumbbells.

An island in an oasis...
Pros: I was stranded in Scottsbluff due to car trouble after traveling from Denver. I had to stay two nights because my car parts had to be shipped from Denver. The facility was really great for me because of its location. The happy hour and breakfast were wonderful and saved me $$s. The staff were extremely friendly and sympathetic to my plight. The pool was really nice-water was warm! The staff and the facility made a bad situation better.
