Pahranagat National Wildlife Refuge

Pahranagat National Wildlife Refuge, off US 93 (Great Basin Hwy.), features desert, lake, marsh, meadow and riparian habitats in this 5,382-acre space. There are biking and hiking trails as well as boating, camping and fishing opportunities. Bird-watching is very popular, especially during spring and fall migrations. The visitor center offers exhibits about the area.

Recreational activities are permitted. Camping is permitted.
