Cons: I had a pet and the first room I had smelled like urine so I changed rooms. I also didn't like the air conditioner unit that blew full blast in my face while I was on the bed...that needs to be fixed. The TV remote and guide was a little tough to figure out.
Pros: Staff was friendly
Pros: The staff was very friendly, The breakfast was good, there was a variety of items and they even had sugar-free syrup for the waffles.(I have diabetes.) The pillows were very comfortable. The full kitchen in the suite is a nice feature and there was a TV in every room.
Cons: The furniture was very worn, but comfortable and the pots and pans were stained or rusted. We made sure to properly wash everything before we used it. All the bed linen was white, even the comforters, we were afraid to dirty them.
Pros: Large room
Cons: Furniture worn.

Pros: Staff was nice to the extreme - probably to make up for the disappointment of the facilities.
Cons: Bed very uncomfortable - could feel springs. Free wifi was slow as molasses - had to pay extra to get passable speed. Surfaces clean - rug not so much. Couch arms worn through. Average continental breakfast. Disappointing for price and online ratings. Will pay more attention to price next time, rather than ratings.
Pros: The hotel and rooms were beautiful. I really appreciated how quiet the rooms were. Never heard other showers, toilets, and TV's as in other hotels.
Cons: Layout was very strange and difficult to find my way around. Lines too long to try buffet.
Would be nice if you had senior menu at café with smaller portions and prices.
Pros: Room was big and clean. Quiet environment in general.
Cons: No safes in the room and thin walls, could hear kids everywhere.
Pros: The head housekeeper (forgot her name but an African American lady).. Was very helpful assuring our room was comfortable with a beautiful view.
Pros: I like the kitchenette. I liked the storage space and closets. I liked the location was close too Sam Boyd Stadium. Was easy to get to. Even with the change of ownership in the middle of or stay the staff was on to of or all.

Pros: The room was wonderful! The perfect balance of money and comfort.
Cons: The breakfast in the morning was ok.
Pros: Continental breakfast
Cons: I was upset with strings hanging on our sofa, room 213, in my daughters room 211 there was no curtain on the window, also when reservation was made my husband and I were to have a king bed, and we had a double bed
Pros: The room was really nice and extremely comfortable. First time traveling alone and it was so perfect for me.
Cons: The staff were approachable, but I think they could have been just a little nicer. The gentleman there the first night when I checked in was really nice and personable, however, the day staff were professional; but lacked the personal touch. Answers direct, little to no eye contact, unengaged. This is not a complaint, just an observation. (i.e. I left my toothpaste home and was just given one small pack - I said this may not be enough for two days and the lady said "I think it is." - I also asked a gentleman about late checkout and he said he doesn't know because they've been sold out. He didn't ask me what day I was leaving or anything - that was his final answer. I also asked about printing my boarding pass and was just told - you should be able to over there. Just a few examples. . . Overall, I plan to return to NV and definitely plan to stay at the same place and recommend to my accompanying friends.
