Pros: The Julius Tower location was easily accessible and at a great location. Our housekeeper was very nice and cleaned our room well.
Cons: I felt nickeled and dimed. Everything was overpriced. No fridge available to chill my left over food or drink. I really disliked the Front desk agent at checkout. He was not very hospitable. Hard to believe his name tag said "Employee of the month"?

Pros: We arrived about 7 after long travel. 2 seniors-Had tickets for Celine show. The girl at desk heard us when we said we might have trouble making show if we were in room far from Coliseum and upgraded us to Forum Towers near elevator. Gorgeous. Thanks
Cons: Everything was great.especially insight and sensitivity of registration desk clerk. We waited a long time to see Celine and enjoyed wonderful weekend.

Pros: Location, pool
Cons: We checked in at 3..(we were coming to enjoy pool., since we live in Las Vegas) we waited 45 min in line to register. we were told pool closed at 7..they closed it at 6, they said because not enough personnel...really? They took our $35 resort fee!
