Pros:
Cons: Outdated, roomkeys did not work the entire time. Each time we went to the room- we'd use the key and it wouldn't work had to go down. Get new key. Wouldn't work. This became a habit every single time we tried to enter. Spent hours going up and down dealing with this throughout our stay. Buss Staff is friendly

Great place to stay.
Pros: Check in desk staff and housekeeping staff were super friendly. The pool and spa were spotlessly clean. The room was comfortable and had a fridge, microwave and coffee machine.
Shuttle to the strip was really handy.
Cons: Ordering Bistro to Go over the phone for room service was not that efficient.

Pros: The friendly front desk staffs greeting us with big smiles each time we passed by. She even gave us bottled water on our way out in the morning. Quiet location for good sleep. Minutes of drive to strip
Cons: The breakfast is under average. one thing I find very odd is that one lady staff asks every customer if they has paid for breakfast and leaves a slip of receipt paper asking for tips, room number, and signature. I always book hotels with included breakfast when travelling around the states and Europe.This is the first time I feel very uncomfortable at hotel breakfast table when eating with family members. Also I saw a price sign for the cooked-to-order omelettes. At that moment I really regretted I didn't book embassy suites.

Pros: In order to reward the problema with the keys, breakfast was given for free.
Cons: We arrived too late into the hotel ant when we got to the room, the keys didn't worked. Solution: manager came in and open the door for us with the master key.
