The hotel cancelled my reservation even after I called 3 times to verify I was checking in a day later than expected. I did not ask for a refund for the first night, just a guarantee that I would still have a room. When I got there the hotel was completely booked and my reservation was cancelled. I had to argue with the manager and have AAA call and speak with him in order to get a full refund. Will never book with this hotel again.

It was a very nice hotel.
Pros: I like the layout of the hotel and I liked that parking was validated so there was no charge to park.
Cons: I didn't like all the fees that were charged for amenities.

Pros: Clean.
Cons: The pool was not available. Although we were given Spa privlidges.....too expensive. We were not told the pool and juacquizzi would not be available. Spent hours with staff to clear up duplicate charges.....very frustrating. I am still left wondering
