Pros: The housekeeping staff wonderful, attentive and responsive when ask for extra shampoo or toilet paper. Personnel cleaning room 20-119 deserve a raise or at least let them know how important they are to Mandalay Bay, they were the only one that made my stay pleasant.
Cons: Extremely expensive, paying 5 dollars for coffee or water in the room was a shock The front staff can be more personable, after all, the clients is what keep the hotel open, some of the front staff act like robots, no smiles, no welcoming feeling at all. God forbid if you ask a question, they do not even look you in the eyes, i have gotten better welcoming at other higher end hotels, Mandalay Bay will be the last place i will return not even to eat.

Pros: Overall a decent experience.
Cons: I didn't like that i booked a hotel at Mandalay bay but was actually staying at Delano. I wish it would of been more specified as we had to travel with a lot of luggage by hand across the entire hotel because they couldn't get a staff member to come to us. Also, wish they had more food spots open late at night. Only restaurant open was Citizens. (Not really the food you want at 2 in the morning)

Pros: Good-sized rooms; great pool; fun dealers in the casino; great food options- all make for a solid stay in Vegas!
Very Good

Pros: Great on-site Cirque du Soleil show "ONE" honoring Michael Jackson - would highly recommend. Also Shark Reef Aquarium was nice. Had good food at the on-site restaurants, but they were more expensive. Nice wave pool & they provided beach towels. Free wi-fi. Free printing for boarding passes.
Cons: The line for check-in took us almost 50 min!! They should have had more attendants to check-in the guests when the lines get too long. [We noticed the same problem at the Luxor]. They didn't have intertube rentals for the lazy river, so you would have to pay $22 plus tax to buy one there (not sure that you could bring one from home to use if you wanted). Also, I was informed that the food court is only opened if there is an event going on, which in this case was the conference that I attended - if no event, then the lower priced food court options wouldn't be available. If you join M Life (MGM resorts card), then you would have to bring your receipts to the M Life counter in order to receive the credits for items outside of the on-site gambling machines which was inconvenient (credits while playing on the slot & gaming machines are automatically added by placing your card into the card slot) - M Life should be set up so that any M Life participating store, restaurant or entertainment production wouldn't require bringing the receipts to the M Life desk. No on-site self-serve laundry facilities.

Pros: Shows, restaurants & cleanliness
Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like.
