Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms and the layout
young couple
Pros: The pool area was great, although a little crowded, so it was difficult to find somewhere to sit / put your stuff. The monorail was great and collected and returned you directly to the hotel. We had an issue with noise from the room next door on two occasions, but this was resolved by security.
Cons: The staff were not very friendly and although they had made a mistake with our booking, there was no apology, no comfort or reassurance that we actually would be able to stay for the duration we had actually booked. They took money from our card on arrival, when we were told that the card was simply being held on file - so there was no receipt given. We felt uncomfortable during our stay, as if we weren't good enough to be there - despite paying full price for our accommodation. It was quite far down the strip, which was a bit far out for us. I would not return as felt uncomfortable during the whole stay!

Pros: This is a funky fresh hotel, with a welcome range of restaurants and bars. Nice coffee bar too. Large gym too with good quality equipment.
Cons: SPG reservations are absolutely useless and we had to shout and swear to get the staff to acknowledge the extension we made on The location is away from the main strip which is annoying, but it is very convenient for the conference centre.

Pros: Very nice and contemporary design. Good location for the convention center. Free mini bar (in some rooms). Not in the middle of the stripe, but with good transportation options. Very good WiFi connection.
Cons: The room was a little small for the price. The view from the room was terrible. Some construction noise. Very rude doorman (the one that get the Taxi), if you don't tip him, he will have something to say about it. Like in other hotels in America, you never know what is the final price until you get the bill...

Pros: SLS was amazing. They catered to everything you could want or need. Very clean, modern facilities. Soundproofed walls too, couldn't hear a thing in the room. Perfect.
Cons: The fact that you could not wear basketball jersey's into the pool area or Jordans for example. Or basically anything they deemed 'ghetto'. My partner was asked to remove both items before he would be admitted into the pool area. When we asked, the door man asked if we would like the honest answer. To which he proceeded to tell us the hotel didn't want that type of people in the pool area. -_-
