AAA Inspector Notes
Home to the highest building west of the Mississippi, this tall needle-shaped tower hosts several thrill seeking theme park rides at the top. For the non-thrill seekers there is also a rotating restaurant. The rooftop restaurant gives an unbeatable 360-degree view as guests dine. The rooms are modest and the hotel sits away from the other casinos on the Strip. Not evaluated. Facilities, services, and décor characterize a mid-scale property.

horrible customer service. We were asked to upgrade our room, we said yes. we were then sent to a non upgraded room that smelt of urine. after a ton of complaining and an upcharge our room was finally upgraded.
Pros: Our upgraded room was very nice.
Cons: customer service was awful. no apology for sending us to a urine smelling room and still charged us for a different room. i guess if we didnt pay we would have had to stay in nasty room

Pros: We loved our stay at this hotel. It was perfect for the whole family. Very clean, comfy, easy to access all the facilities. There was lots to do, and we especially liked the rooftop outdoor pool on the 8th floor. Fab pool and great views and atmosphere. Lots of food options between fast food, buffet style and more fine dining too. A whole retail section with lots of different shops and beauty services. We will definitely be back. Free Parking too, and easy to access.
Cons: It was sometimes hard to figure out all the different lifts and how to get to the retail shops and different floors. A better map on check in would be a great help.

Pros: free parking, good restaurants in hotel
Cons: Rooms were very dirty. I had to move rooms after the first night because the air conditioner was so loud, there were used diabetic test strips next to the bed, and no soap, shampoo, etc. This room was also not cleaned well, but wasn't as bad. Both rooms smelled like smoke, even though they were non-smoking. The hallways were very dirty, and rarely did they come pick up room service trays left on floors in hallway. Pool hours were short. You get what you pay for. I got a good deal so I can't complain as much as if I had spent a lot of money on the room.
