Classic. With an established reputation as one of Las Vegas’ most traditional fine dining experiences, this is a special occasion favorite. Guests will be wowed upon entering the intimate and luscious red velvet-lined dining room with its featured Tiffany skylight in the center of the ceiling. The highly polished staff caters to all needs and prepares many items tableside including veal chops, Châteaubriand, imported Dover sole and whole Maine lobster. The dessert “fantasies” are absolutely remarkable. Hidden behind a Tiffany glass door with simply a name, the restaurant can be considered an oasis from the bustle of the casino just outside. Having been in business since 1982, there are many stories of its history known only to the longtime staff. They may share some tidbits while pouring you an excellently crafted cocktail or flambéing your bananas Foster dessert. Expect to be catered to in an old-world style with the responsibility for ordering and taking care of the check to automatically, and discreetly, fall to the most senior gentleman at the table.
