The menu features a slew of seafoods, sushi and sashimi, halibut, Alaskan cod, Maine lobster, dungeness crab, farm-raised trout, Hawaiian walu and even jellyfish. If seafood is not part of your regime on this day then order the foie gras, free-range chicken, lamb or prime beef.
