This hugely popular restaurant is committed to using organic produce and sustainable seafood. The restaurant's décor is reason enough to check it out! It resembles that of a trendy cruise ship complete with water features, glass accents and a pristine appeal. Patrons even have an open view of the kitchen, where they can see their dish being created. The menu features a slew of seafoods, sushi and sashimi, halibut, Alaskan cod, Maine lobster, dungeness crab, farm-raised trout, Hawaiian walu and even jellyfish. If seafood is not part of your regime on this day then order the foie gras, free-range chicken, lamb or prime beef. All menu items are fresh and prepared in a manner that you might not see anywhere else in Las Vegas.
