AAA Inspector Notes
This bright and vibrant dining room has the amazing Bellagio fountains as a backdrop. The creative cuisine is delicate with layers of flavor. My dishes of choice include the sweet corn agnolotti, Hong Kong-style cod and the “spiked lemon” dessert.
