Disappointing

Pros: Front desk help
Cons: Age of bathrooms, pillows were lumping, tp & kleenex were cheap quality, hall ways were not vacuumed well, know real store to speak of ("store" next to climbing walls was ridiculously small and carried not much), only had weight room and climbing walls, no pool or spa area. No continental breakfast of any kind. View out window was of wrecked air conditioning units and pigeons.

Pros: Modern, very clean and comfortable, no smoking. Great downtown location. I especially appreciated their attempts to lighten their environmental footprint (less plastic bottles in the rooms, water bottle filler on every floor, etc).
Cons: The breakfast buffet was simple and totally adequate (basic one egg scramble, yogurt, cereal, fruit, juices, breads and muffins: like what they have at a Hampton Inn etc), but not worth the extra $ we spent to access the club level. That said, we didn't take advantage of the happy hour.

Pros: It was a non smoking hotel
Cons: The hotel checked us out at 3am one morning and we had no idea. We had to ask numerous times for things to be brought to our room. The valet was rude to us the day we left.
