Pros: Hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
Cons: Valet parking is a complete nightmare! We ate at the Heritage restaurant; my daughter (age 10) used the woman's restroom a man came in and used a stall, standing and urinating without closing the stall door, she was horrified. Maybe better signage?

Pros: Excellent service at the front desk and at the bar
Cons: It would have been helpful if we had known you needed 24 hour advanced notice for the shuttle service (so we scheduled service for 6:30 am and then we're told it didn't start till 8am)
