Pros: I like how close it was to everything and just how clean the hotel was. The staff was also very friendly and we were able to check in an hour early which was nice!
Cons: I didn't like how you had to pay $5 every time your vehicle left the garage. There should be like a $25 parking fee to come and go as you please. We were there for an event and had a motorcycle. We didn't want to park in the garage and pay a fortune to exit multiple times per day. We found a parking spot on the street and ended up getting a ticket. Please review your parking garage procedures and maybe come up with a more friendly way to do it during large events where one might be coming and going often.

Pros: water bottle fill up station on the floor (near elevator). Robes for use in the room. Sauna open till 10 pm. great location in downtown, perfect for tourists.
Cons: The beds feel like memory foam, for me this is not a good thing since I have back issues. price list for each item in the room in case someone steals something. this is funny, but tacky. my room window was level with the industrial portion of the building with a huge bright light on all night.
