Ecological Park of the Acadian Peninsula is 1 km (.6 mi.) e. on Rte. 313 to 65 rue du Ruisseau. Interactive computer kiosks in the nature center provide background about the Acadian Peninsula’s ecological habitats. A boardwalk through an estuary leads to a 2-kilometre (1.2 mi.) interpretive nature trail. The trail crosses a wooded arboretum containing native conifers and deciduous trees. An observation tower offers panoramic views of the surrounding area, including a windmill farm.
