AAA Inspector Notes
On a hillside overlooking the city, two 1858 homes were restored and joined together by a spacious reception hall. Guest rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished with antiques. Some suites are spacious with a sitting area. The view of the city is delightful from this hilltop location. Bathrooms are individually decorated and vary in size and style. Some have a jetted bathtub and some have clawfoot bathtub. Several rooms offer views of the water or the city. Venture up to the widow's watch for an even better view. For those who find climbing stairs a challenge, be advised there is no avoiding them at this inn; the main reception hall is up one flight, and most rooms are located on the second or third floor.
Smoke free premises. 10 units, some efficiencies. 2 stories (no elevator), interior corridors.
