The Whale's Tale Water Park, off I-93 exit 33 to US 3, features a wave pool with ocean-size breakers, a lazy river, a multi-passenger waterslide, two flume slides, two speed slides, a 310-foot tube slide, and a children's area with a splash pool and slides. Also featured are Castaway Cove, a warm-water pool with hot tubs; the thrill rides Eye of the Storm, Banzai Pipeline and Poseidon’s Voyage; and Shipwreck Island, an interactive water complex. Free concerts are offered on Saturdays in July and August. Food is available. Time: Allow 2 hours minimum.
Late June-late Aug. $35; $5 (children under 3 who can walk); free (ages 70+ and infants who cannot walk). Mid-June to late June and late Aug.-Labor Day weekend $27; $5 (children under 3 who can walk); free (ages 70+ and infants who cannot walk). Reduced admission is offered after 3 p.m.
