Pros: It was clean. The size of the room was very appreciated (pretty big). Breakfast in the morning, definitly an appreciated incintive.
Cons: They gave us the worst room of the hotel, not sold out. Beside the elevator, in front of the vending machine on the side of the highway ! When we asked for a change, we were treated as second class citizens. No cleaning on 2nd day. Not friendly staff.

Pros:
Cons: Toilet would no flush the contents of the bowl. Could no get heat. The in room unit blew cold air only. Both items show poor maintenance and poor follow through. Guest had expected at least heat and working toilet. Yes? Room 224.

Cons: Was dirty in the room and in the hallways. Fitness room was no where near as described. Room was hot and ac wasnt good. Elevator was awful and only 1 for a building that size was not enough. Was extremely noisy. They ise cheese whiz in the omelettes. Check in was supposed to be at 3 and couldnt get into our room until well after 4. They called me twice trying to change my room to a single bed which wouldnt work for me.

Very relaxing, clean, and made...
Pros: I had been at a different hotel but upon checking in I did not feel comfortable so I called and made reservations at Holiday Inn Express. I was so comfortable, after long travel day and more to come I was able to relax and get some much needed rest. The staff was exceptional! So kind and accommodating.
Cons: The hair dryer in the room was broken, it over heated and started smoking...not a huge deal, I unplugged and let the front desk know.

Pros: The breakfast was amazing because Brenda was on top of all details. Nothing was left to run out - everything was kept clean and organized. Hot was hot --- great experience every morning!
Cons: Softball tournament in town of little kids. First night they arrived they were so wired and keyed up ---- parents, sponsors - the adults, didn't supervise their darlings and let them run and play in the halls. Not the hotels fault the attending adults weren't being as responsible as they could have been. Second night --- ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ---- they were gone all day playing ball wearing themselves out ----- so just a short burst and they were quiet! 1 night out of 6 sleep was compromised. The other 5 were great.
