On a snaky country road sits the 200-year old converted barn restaurant which is noted for its hearty breakfasts (served all day) and overstuffed sandwiches. Maple syrup is produced on site each spring and is bottled and sold, along with other sweets created from this amber liquid. It is incorporated into the menu, simmered into the baked beans, the brewing coffee and there is even a maple Swiss burger.
