Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: we called to book a room with a crib because we have an infant and was told we would be all set. On arrival there was a broken pack and play with no mattress, they expected the baby to sleep on metal bars. We had to go out and purchase a new pack and play, now we have two. The hotel offered no discount or accommodation to this issue. You would think they would have offered to buy one so they could accommodate others who stay at their hotel. We stayed two night, the second morning we were called to move to a different room due to a maintenance issue with the first room. The second room was not properly cleaned, old food was in the disposal, the pull out couch had hair in the mattress protector and then sheets also had hair on them. Not happy with the accommodations. Hotel appeared nice, clean and provided breakfast which was nice. However the extra cost of a crib purchase, which we could have just brought from home was a major disappointment as we were told one would be provided to us.

Pros: The room was great.was nice having 2 separate rooms.
Cons: Only thing didn't like was that breakfast starts at 7 on the weekends. We came down for a softball tournament and a lot of times teams have to be at the fields for 7. We did get breakfast on Sunday though and it was good. Thank you

Pros: Convenience, the staff, the room for the most part
Cons: WiFi wouldn't work. The room in Bonita Springs Fl was nicer and had charging stations that didn't require an adapter

Pros: The staff seemed committed to maintaining a standard of quality that often slips and degrades over time in hotels that have been around for five or more years. The food was good, though for the oatmeal I'd recommend using Trader Joe's steel cut oatmeal and organic brown sugar. Otherwise, you did an excellent job.
Cons: Organic options for breakfast would have been nice. Also, the cost of goodies and snacks and bottled water was a bit steep. Having filtered water for guests to use would be nice as well. Also, right underneath our room was the basketball court. It was snow covered so it could not be used. However, I imagine that when it is used, it can result in annoying, unwelcomed noise. You might want to find a way of moving it further away from the rooms.
