Pros: Outstanding staff; great water park. Location was convenient. Overall, an excellent way to visit Conway.
Pros: This is a very family-friendly hotel with a killer view in a great location! We loved that they had a pool DJ focused on the kids every afternoon and the evening kid activities were great. Food was also very good (breakfast and dinner buffets).

My kids were very excited about a water park adventure before we were heading there. Water park closes at 9pm and reopen next day until 10am. We checked-in at 7pm and not realized we have to pay $25/person of water park pass for 2hrs that night. So not worth it. The water park is not so big first of all. Definitely not worth to pay additional $75 toward our $210 night stay.Hotel rooms have poor soundproofing. Could sleep all night because adult walking until very late at night and kids jumping at early morning. If you choose this place make sure you request the top floor. If not, use some ear plugs. We are not returning here!
Pros: I do like they have movie time, arcade, cookie decorating, plaster painting, etc available for kids. Not all are free but at least something around there is available.
Cons: FYI - Water park passes don't come with it if you book on the 3rd party website! Additional $25/person at check-in.I was very upset about booking on a 3rd party website. I booked on AAA site and not knowing the water park pass didn't come with it. Seriously???? A water park resort promotes its water park but the passes are additional? I paid $200 night and got there at 7pm. The front desk said we have to pay $25/person to use the pool, which leaves us 2hr for the night to use the pool. Of course we have ski tickets for the next day. Definitely can't use the pool in the morning. I didn't get the water park pass because of this reason, so we used the arcade. It was another disappointment because all arcade games are video games for older kids and not my 2 & 5 yrs old. Went to see the movie instead. At least it is something for the kids before we went out for dinner. Now looking at it, Great Wolf is my better choice when choosing a water park resort.
Pros: The staff was great!
Cons: THIS IS NOT A 4 star resort! I would give it a 3 out of 5 star. The first room they tried to give us smelled of mold and damp rid. Second room was much better but the shower was loaded with black mold and the patio still had a really dirty table with soda cans filled with cigarette butts. There's a roomy cabinet under the sink but it was filthy as well.. If they put money into renovations it could be a really nice place...I'm not a hotel snob but cleanliness is a must for what we paid each night to stay here. The pictures were misleading as well as everyone's positive comments I read before I booked...never again!
Security cameras needed
Pros: clean, comfortable rooms. activities. wonderful outdoor heated pool
Cons: distance from parking lot too far and/or required stairs. access to rooms not ideal for people with mobility issues. no outside security cameras... our car was broken into and no help except for police being called.
