Pros: Room was fine and the location was convenient.
Cons: Inattentive staff at check out called a taxi/cab for me, without informing me it was a car service, which charged $90+ at the airport. I had already waited too long for the car to get there to instead call a Lyft/Uber. My co-worker staying at the same hotel had the same thing happen to him that morning but the car service charged him significantly less (~$60).

Cons: I'm really upset with this company,we stay here every yr.when for our family reunion.this yr. I made reservations for the wrong weekend and I canceled a week before the reservation date and I still was charged for the room even though I made new reservations for the proper date.I had 48 hrs to cancel and im really upset,,about 7 family members rent a room here every yr but we'll go across the street next yr. To their competitors hotel seeing they did this over 150.00

Pros: It was as good as previous Courtyard facilities.
Cons: No one seemed to care about the noisy guests who distrupted those of us who were sleeping. It seems some partiers came in and decided to continue their merry-making in the courtyard. Woke me from a sound sleep which I did not appreciate after a long day in the car for travel. Wonder why staff didn't intervene.

Pros: The room was comfortable as well as the bed. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Cons: However, it was very noisy and we complained. One night a baby crying across the hall, the other night a wedding party extremely loud in the room across from us at 2:30 am. I ended up calling the front desk after asking them to be quiet. Early the next morning, they were in the hallway again calling me a bitch and knocking on my door saying, "maid service." I saw them through the peephole and knocked back. They ran. My husband went down to talk to the front desk. They were leaving that day, but if not, I would have demanded to have my room changed.
I would like to see the bathroom updated. It was ok and the shower had good pressure, but kind of old looking. I would also like to see a complementary breakfast.

Complained about the noise and didn't offer a discount or other comparable solution at check out The TV although it was a flat screen wasn't modern enough to have a USB port so that you can plug in a tablet to stream movies, There was no free continental breakfast.

Cons: We were there after my sons wedding at 90 acres. We had reserved a private room for breakfast the next morning at 9 and nothing was ready nobody at the front desk new anything about it, yet there was a sign on the room reserved for us so somebody had to.

Pros: The location was great and the hotel room was large and clean.
Cons: The room next to us had a large family that were very loud. Throughout the day the children were running around the hotel on different floors being disruptive. Then later in the evening (10pm) we had to continue calling downstairs because they were so loud. You can hear everything the person next door is doing, especially if they are loud.
