Bad experience, did not meet...
Pros: Good beds, poor breakfast for a $160/night accomodation. Eating your fair assortimented breakfast with plastic vork and knife is such a poor experience... Bottle of water in the room is not even complementary, unbelievable for that high priced hotel.
Cons: Breakfast.

Pros: I unfortunately had a very unfortunate experience with this trip, I have not used Booking.com before and I will not use it again in the future. I missed the "no cancelation fee" part as I have used Marriott Hotels for 30 years and thought I knew the cancellation policy. I had to cancel the reservation as my business travel changed. I was refunded less than 1/2 of the fair even though I tried to cancel over a week in advance. While the policy was stated, in today's busy world I missed it, so no understanding that this was my first time using this source and no understanding from the Hotel, I called directly to the hotel as well. Apparently refunds for just the room, 1 night not two, and not taxes and not fee's is considered enough for a Marriott Member of many years. I may not be a big traveler but I will certainly not use Booking.com and or Marriott either.
