Pros:
Cons: The odor in the hallway on the second floor was horrible. The carpeting in the hallway looked like a throwback from the 60's.

Pros: The bedroom
Cons: First you had to tell us when we booked the hotel that the hotel was in phase of renovation and seemed to be in a construction site with a lot of noise. The breakfast was poor there was not even any knives and fruit most of the time.

Pros: The room was very clean and cozy.
Cons: I asked the desk man the night before if we could have a late check out around 1pm he assured me it was fine due to it not being busy and stated he would note in my acct. In the morning 20 mins after check out time I was awakened by hotel staff telling me I had to check out. I explained it my request and they had no knowledge of my late check out and didn't see any notes. Then I was placed on hold and told I couldn't be accommodated and had to check out at 1230. In all this the call ended around 10 to 12pm so we just got ready and left since our trying to sleep in was disturbed.very bad customer service. We had a long ride back home.

Pros: Indirect offerings like breakfast and housekeeping are very good.
Cons: Staff (except one persron) at front desk are not approachable. When we checked-in, the staff at desk did not even bother to smile and greet. We realized later that they do not even know who are their guests and who are visitors, because the front desk staff member never bother to look up. My colleague who came to pick me could easily get into the cafe and even had a coffee with us, without being greeted nor intervened by the front desk! The staff working in cafe was doing her job, but nobody in this hotel bother to talk and care for their guests. It is written on laundry form that laundry is picked up at 9am and delivered in room by 7pm. Nobody picked up one first day and when enquired I was told that we must deposit laundry at front desk and pick up overselves from front desk in evening. I am frequest traveller and never heard this kind of practice anywhere. Imagine guests moving around with laundry bag in their hand, totally unexpected!
