Pros: Nice quiet location, friendly front desk staff. Very clean. I liked that the room has a mini kitchen with fridge/microwave/dishwasher. Perfect for short term stays

Pros: Staff is excellent....very accommodating and efficient. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast has a nice variety of options including an omelet station made with your choice of ingredients. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable!
Pros: Very comfortable bed, and the room was clean and spacious. The entire staff were helpful and friendly. My husband loved the breakfast buffet, and there was a nice selection. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I am in the area.
Cons: Omelets were not great. It was made in front of you but was rubbery.

Pros: Really nice room. Spacious bathroom. Updated shower. Almost full size refrigerator. Great food at the little restaurant and bar was nice.

Pros: THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN, HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY NICE, ROOMS WAS VERY CLEAN WELL KEPT, THEY MEET ALL YOUR NEEDS, FREE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, THEY WAS WILLING TO DO WHAT EVER IT TOOK TO MAKE OUR STAY GREAT. ALL IN ALL THE STAY WAS VERY GOOD, I'LL BOOK HERE AGAIN
Cons: Saturday & Sunday morning it seemed like the kitchen staff was little slower, due to the EXTRA large amount of people and whatever happened Friday night, for breakfast the tables was not clean off and some of the breakfast food was cold, but when the staff was informed they got it together ASAP. The restaurant menu needs more food for vegetarians.

Pros: The comfort of the room. Service was OK. Breakfast service and staff were not that pleasant to deal with.
No other amenities used except lodging so I can't speak about the quality.
Cons: The place didn't feel very hospitable. Maybe the place and staff. It looked like the staff were really tired and lethargic.
There was no welcoming feeling from the staff. Also the food choices in breakfast was too limited for a vegetarian.

Pros: I loved the privacy,other entrance then the front. The room temperature was perfect when we went inside and the room smelled great! Although we didnt cook the Kitchen had everything from pots to measuring spoons. Shopping centers near by as well as fast food. We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful area, I will stay again when we have tournaments at Diamond nation!.. was withing 15 minutes
Cons: The only thing was that the pool was outdoor and closed until memorial weekend. Rude People arguing in lobby with reception over prices charge (I booked online)

Cons: The lady making the breakfast omlet was very GRUMPY, complaining about workload to the guests, made us feel guilty for ordering omlets. The hotel advertises made-to-order egg omlets as an asset, but the lady who cooks them made us feel like we are forcing in to her house and begging for omlets...she made us wait very long and was so RUDE and made faces and kept rolling her eyes and kept telling us "you are number 10!".......made us feel like we were trespassing and as if she were staying free on her money....what is her problem?...did not eat any omlet rest of the stay(only ordered for my kids the first day), eventhough my kids wanted!.She made us feel awful!

Greatest family vacation stay we've...
Pros: My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. We came all the way from Florida and we were later than planned but we checked in and got our room without any issues. The staff were amazing and so very kind. We will definitely be staying here every time we come visit New Jersey. I highly recommend the Hyatt House in Branchburg.

Pros: The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. That was very nice. We were only there overnight from 8 PM until 830 the next morning. So, we weren't able to access the pool or the gym. But I'm sure they're very nice as well

No invoices for customer booking...

Cons: The staff was quite unpolite. When I checked out I wanted to pay the bill and asked for an invoice. They told me everything was already paid (OK!). But they will not give me any invoice. I should talk to booking. After five minutes discussion, the front desk lady told me that I am paying booking and they are paying Hyatt which is just a lie. I checked my American Express account and in there I can see Hyatt charging money. I don´t know how unprofessional a hotel can be refusing to give a customer an invoice!? After checking the Hyatt homepage I could even download my invoice from the homepage!!! Outrageous ridiculous ...

Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to many NJ locations. Clean, clean, clean!
Cons: When we first started staying here they had a small, light dinner (soup and salad and rolls). We come most often in winter and it was always so welcoming coming in from the cold - the fireplace was on and a small respite for dinner was amazing. Sadly, that's missing now.
