Servers, dressed in formal attire, amaze with their ability to recite the specials, which on most nights is somewhere around 20. The largely traditional menu of Northern Italian specialties includes linguine with littleneck clams, tripe with polenta and a delicate veal dish with shiitake mushrooms and Fontina. The North New Jersey business elite can be found here, wheeling and dealing over a plate of veal or pasta. There is a fine wine selection, including superior vintages by the glass.
