In an effort to top his already skyrocketing culinary career, Bobby Flay turned to burgers. Naturally, this place doesn't serve run-of-the-mill patty melts; these burgers are positively top-shelf. The "L.A." burger, featuring avocado relish and watercress, has made a name for itself. A thick and creamy milk shake and a side of fries pair nicely with the whole menu. The décor is a fun take on a classic American diner, and the whole experience is partly deja vu and partly postmodern.
