Classic. One of the quintessential North Jersey steakhouses has been serving fine selections of prime beef since the 1980s, with an undeviating professional style and consistency of food quality which is near best in class. Lobster and fine seafood fill out a broad menu, with sushi and sashimi a more recent addition, and one which nicely lifts the room and mood beyond the stereotypical lair of the carnivore. Service is old-school amiable, uniformed and eager to help create a pleasant and memorable meal.
