Pros: The only thing we got to enjoy was the morning breakfast
Cons: Yes since I work for Delta Airline at the NYC JFK Airport the Front Desk Agent remarks were that he hates Delta Airlines and that he is sueing them for every cent. This made me upset because I was not ready to check in with my wife and 6 year old son who

Pros: The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Maid service was excellent, everything was spotless.
Cons: When I booked it there was no mention of 3 stories and no elevator,an outside entrance.I would have requested a downstairs room!We were on the third floor a steep climb with luggage and anything else you had to take to the room. Breakfast not very good.
