AAA Inspector Notes
Downtown and artsy, this creatively renovated urban property is in a 1912 landmark building with rich architectural details. Rooms are not cookie-cutter but feature inviting industrial décor. One block from the Prudential Center and near many corporate offices, the young Thomas Alva Edison had a city-center lab nearby. At this Indigo, inspiration is taken from Edison, with an inventive tech-theme décor. Bathrooms are gritty loft style with painted concrete flooring. With striking, museum-quality light fixtures and a fair share of quirky modern design, this hotel makes for an alternative to the mainstream standard. Smoke free premises. 108 units. 12 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Disappointing
Family with Teens

Pros: I like the fact that it is not like a "chain" - it is a boutique hotel and I have stayed at other Indigo's, so I felt that there was some familiarity.
Cons: Parking cost $21/night and the valets (although friendly) were always busy - the lot was pretty far away! I was over-charged in the restaurant and had to call about that. There was an IPad in the room that was filthy and did not function-more but no space

Pros: Room was fine.
Cons: Location poor Staff is very rude. I even stayed in 2 star motel, which is much much much better than this hotel. No free breakfast You cannot even use microwave. No even refrigerator in the room. Parking fee is $50 per night. My worst suggestion.

Pros: Hotel is very modern and feels new. The rooms are clean and provide ample space. I especially like the walkin showers.
Cons: Valet parking can be very slow. They need to have more than one person at the valet stand. It should not take 30 minutes to have a car brought around by the valet.
