Downtown and artsy, this creatively renovated urban property is in a 1912 landmark building with rich architectural details. Rooms are not cookie-cutter but feature inviting industrial décor. One block from the Prudential Center and near many corporate offices, the young Thomas Alva Edison had a city-center lab nearby. At this Indigo, inspiration is taken from Edison, with an inventive tech-theme décor. Bathrooms are authentically lofted style with painted concrete flooring. With striking, museum-quality light fixtures and a fair share of quirky modern design, this hotel makes for an appealing alternative to the mainstream standard. Pros: Front desk person (Gerry) was very accommodating. Two restaurant employees (Tanisha and Blanca) were pleasant and efficient. We had a large, beautiful, corner room with 4 large windows, nice lighting and only 3 miles to the airport.
Cons: Booking.com site said hotel provided shuttle service. That was the main attraction for us since we were headed back to the airport the next day to meet a cruise ship transfer. The hotel had discontinued their shuttle service, but Gerry worked with the manager to get us a refund on the taxi fare. They were very gracious in making amends for the erroneous information.

Pros: The rooms were nice
Cons: The custom service was terrible when I arrive on September 2 the person that check me in was Avery nasty person she charged my stay twice and once more after I left talk to the GM the day after I left and he said that he had talk to the person that check me in on 09/02/16 and he apologize for her and I will receive my money back in my checking account by Friday, September 9,2016 l did not receive my funds so I called the hotel this afternoon and no one would answer the phone so I caught the GM and when he picked up he called me by name and I explained to him that I did not receive my funds and he's trying to tell me that the transaction did not go to my account but it did and now he's telling me if the funds are not back in my account by Monday he will reverse the charges but he said it in such a nasty way
