The bright and cheerful room offers a traditional French menu reminiscent of grandma's home cooking—that is, if your grandma is French. Mussels with garlic wine sauce, seared foie gras with sherry vinegar, coquilles St. Jacques, escargot and onion soup start the meal. Then opportunity presents itself by way of rack of lamb with herbs, Dijon and garlic, steak au poivre, sautéed calf liver with apples, shallots and Calvados or Dover sole meunière.
