AAA Inspector Notes
This small but very well-maintained hotel has classic style and is convenient to many local businesses and shops. Jetted tubs are in some suites, which are well-appointed for the leisure traveler.
Smoke free premises. 76 units. 2 stories (no elevator), interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
The hotel was ok. The staff, room, and cleanliness were great. The problem with the hotel was you had to climb stairs to get in the front door. You have to carry your suitcases upstairs to your room. No elevator. Trying to carry bags, sleeping kids, and climb stairs with a bad back, shoulder, and knee in the middle of the night was not on my wish list for this trip.

Cons: No elevator. Too close to restaurant. Drove past the hotel at night. The signs were not lit and the hotel is set back from the road. Easy to miss.

Pros: Nothing- this '3-star' lodging resembled a truck stop, not a hotel.
Cons: It was on a busy road and not soundproofed (I had to put in earplugs). It was also not a 'suite'- a noisy fridge next to your bed does not equate to a kitchenette. The room was dingy and smelled bad; I did not get a good night's rest terrible experience

Pros:
Cons: Staff were rude. I requested a double queen-bed room, and received a king-bed and a sleeper sofa. They gave me no pillows for the sleeper sofa. It had no bedding. They even refused to deliver the sheets to my room.

Cons: This hotel doesn't have an elevator and my husband and I have mobility issues. There were no rooms available on the 1st floor. They did NOT let us know that up front and the front end guy could not have been more rude. I would not recommend this hotel.

Don't come here if you're...
Pros: Night manager was stellar. Room was spacious, and we were conveniently located near an exit.
Cons: Day manager on Monday was gruff and judgmental. Cold faucet on hot tub came off, and hot tub made a weird noise when filling. Also, couldn't use jets because when we did, the faucet of hot tub got dangerously hot. Breakfast was ok, but the coffee from the machine was disgustingly bitter.

I would stay again
Pros: Checking in was great, the hotel desk associate was super friendly and attentive. The arrival set the tone and helped me relax. Breakfast was a standard buffet , decent for something quick and easy.
