Cons: Lady in charge of breakfast enforces the 7- 10 o'clock breakfast religiously. She refused to refill the coffee even though it was ten minutes before the close. To save the hotel a few dollars, she risks the hotel losing thousands or hundreds of thousands. Management should pay attention to low paid staff as they are the ones who deal with guests and can cause the establishment to lose customers due to short-sighted decisions.

Great service and value
Pros: Good size room with a kitchen. Very clean. Good amenities. Excellent value for the money. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: rudeness of lady at desk when i asked for a later checkout
Pros: it is an average type hotel. location was not bad. clean and basic stuff.

Clean & comfortable for reasonable...
Pros: Very comfortable beds & roomy layout. I liked the dispenser in the shower, although my shower gel was empty. Staffers very friendly.
Cons: The pool was cold & looked dirty. My son-in-law works with pools & he was not pleased with how it looked. I also thought it was an Embassy Suites - didn't realize it was a different brand. My niece & I thought we were staying in the same place in Parsippany but it was two different hotels. A little disappointed in that but otherwise satisfied with our stay.
Pros: Loved how clean the king studio was.Decor was nice also.
