This standout restaurant is in the restored carriage house of the sprawling Natirar estate once owned by the king of Morocco and now backed in part by Sir Richard Branson. The dinner here is all about sustainable organic and local foods, many of which are sourced from the estate's own farms and greenhouses; in fact, they like to describe it as 'a table at the farm.' The beautiful dining room and outdoor patio have a relaxed sophistication, and the refined service is detailed but never stuffy. Guests have the option of sitting in the main dining room or around the display kitchen area where the chef spontaneously crafts what he calls a 'bring me food' experience with multi-course menus for each table based on their preferences. The regular menu changes frequently and will reflect the season with various seafood and meat entrées, pastas, vegetarian items and some dishes prepared in the wood-burning oven. The large wine list highlights organic and sustainable producers.
