Classic. It's not fancy at this local pizza joint and bar that has been in business since 1957 when the family home was converted to a restaurant. There are no gourmet toppings or artisan cheeses—just tasty traditional thin crust pies, a couple of sandwiches and a few simple red-sauce pasta dishes. The décor here is a throwback to the 1950s with a large bar on one side of the room serving cold beers or soft drinks to wash down your pizza. In upscale Princeton it is a refreshingly off-beat spot.
