Located in the charming seaside town of Red Bank, the visual centerpiece of this restaurant is the raw bar and the grand piano. Chef Dominick Rizzo uses only the finest ingredients and market fresh seafood to craft a menu that allows wide flexibility in your choice of garnishes and sides. Scallops, sea bass, branzino, shellfish and Atlantic tuna are all noteworthy seafood items. Landlubbers will appreciate the very formidable bone-in rib-eye steak and the Colorado lamb. A full bar is available. Service is casually refined and people watching on the outdoor patio is excellent.
