In the charming seaside town of Red Bank, chef Dominick Rizzo uses only the finest ingredients and market fresh seafood to craft a menu which allows the diner wide flexibility in choosing garnishes and sides. The visual centerpiece here is the open kitchen and the on-ice display of the day's offerings. Scallops, sea bass, branzino, shellfish and Atlantic tuna are all of note, with landlubbers not forgotten by way of a very formidable bone in rib-eye steak. Wine is by the bottle only. Service is casually refined and people watching on the outdoor patio is excellent.
