Killer view of the Manhattan skyline at this charming Greek eatery which is literally sitting in the Hudson River.
AAA Inspector Notes
Literally sitting in the Hudson River, held aloft on antiquated pier pilings overlooking the Manhattan skyline, this small Mediterranean gem serves up Greek favorites in a low key but amiable setting. The light-filled, white-washed room is serviced by a strong team, who make the dining experience a small slice of well-oiled Greek perfection. Grilled octopus, lamb specialties and fresh grilled fish are part of a traditional menu. Prix-fixe and lobster menus draw families on the weekends. Hurricane Sandy laid waste to this small harbor in 2012, but out of the destruction this charming new seaside eatery was born.
