Cons: Everything was run down, shabby, worn out, dirty, and low-rate, from the poor bed linens to the scraped up walls, to the crumbly ceilings and peeling paint, to the tiny TV with no channels, to the dingy color of the walls.

Cons: The room I was assigned had dried food remnants from the previous guest(s). The inner tub is stripped and the towel quality is poor. I did not see any complimentary shampoo, conditioner and/or body lotion. Only one front desk person per shift.

Pros: When I asked to switch rooms because the first room we were given was dirty, the person at the front desk gave us another room right away. It's too bad that the second room was even dirtier the first room.
Cons: The rooms were filthy. There was food on the floor and in the cabinets, caked on dirt in the sink and bathtub areas, and I had to clean the toilet seat myself before we could use it.

Pros: Staff was very compromising and understanding when I was unable to extend my room the proper way and it was very helpful that they let me extend and keep the same room instead of having to change into another room. Pricing is also very affordable.
Cons: I wish there was someone present at the front desk 24 hours of the day. Visitors are able to walk into the hotel at anytime while guests may be asleep in their rooms and I don't feel that's very safe.

The hotel needs a lot improvements the room was very dirty. I actual had to clean before I let my family come in. The staff was very nice. The breakfast consist of muffin and granola bar . I am a Travel Agent and will not recommend this hotel to any of my clients.

Very disappointing!
Pros: The staff was extremely nice and helpful.
Cons: Hotel was dirty in bad repair and looked nothing like the pictures on the app. Didn't have enough room for my family even though the app said it would. Our A/C broke down while we were there and had to replace the entire system. There were burn holes in our sheets and condom wrappers under the bed. We had to clean our own room at check in. The staff seems to be extremely over work and under appreciated. BTW the free breakfast was instant oatmeal packages and packaged muffins. It was a horrible stay.
