The lobby is lovely and inviting. Parking can be a challenge for late arrivals or those with oversized vehicles. There is a small Starbucks kiosk in the lobby, as well as a bar. The fitness room is on the 2nd floor, oddly placed before the entrance to the pool. The pool is a TINY cement rectangle and there is no hot tub.
Pros: Front Desk agent Lindsey was VERY helpful and professional. The lobby was nicely lit (not overly bright like some hotels). It was easy to find this hotel from the interstate.
Cons: HOT in the room (some air conditioning issues?); many room-service trays were left in hallways for extended periods. Hard to get back to freeway from hotel. Warm cookie was a tease, as the COOKIES HAVE NUTS- (Hilton- are you aware of NUT ALLERGIES?).

Cons: The room wasn't as quiet as we would have liked, but it wasn't too bad.
