Very Poor

Pros: Location is the only thing I like about this hotel.
Cons: Is is posted newly remodeled and it has an old hotel smell. The hotel lost internet during a meeting which caused me to leave a day earlier. Others in my group had issues with beeping noises and there were bugs/spiders in the rooms.

Exceptional

Pros: Very accommodating, and close to the artsy district.
Cons: Dead spider was squished into the corner of a wall. Sheets extremely staticky; two of my biggest pet peeves! Wonderful besides that.

Pros: It was average. To be expected
Cons: Carpets do need a shampooing, no closet space rooms were kind of small. Getting in and out I parking was a hassle. Because of the way the road is. Have to make a big u turn if coming from the North.
