Pros: They were accommodating when our sofa was broken
Cons: Facilities were sort of run down especially the pool. The pool was over crowded. Rooms were ok. The first room had a broken sofa very uncomfortable.

Pros: If you are visiting UNM or the downtown area the location is excellent. Usually the parking is plentiful.
Cons: A major event was being held in the convention portion of the hotel the night we checked in and parking was absolutely horrible - giant trucks stuffed into compact spaces - our car was damaged as a result. We were offered the opportunity to not stay there if we were dissatisfied with the parking - seriously? After 3 visits the staff still can't seem to get the paid for breakfast right - long lines for made to order, having to get protein (sausage and bacon from made to order line vs self serve) running out of juices and taking too long to replenish, not clearing tables fast enough. The phone in the room didn't work and the door to the closet was completely missing.
