Pros: Beautiful hotel. Very clean.
Cons: Ordered 2 molten brownies for a late dessert. To our disappointment the brownies were the size of a pre packaged convenience store brownie. One brownie per order, 1 by 2 inch square. With 2 spoons of ice cream. 20 bucks for that? Oh well!

Pros: Umm. The cookies in the lobby.
Cons: For the price, breakfast should have been included.

Poor
Pros: The lady that brought extra blankets was very accommodating and kind.
Cons: Lack of concern by the staff when I mentioned my issues. The view if the roof/building, Dirty sheets, smelly bathroom, broken ventilation, didn't allow a roll away bed so my son had to sleep on the floor. I may have gotten an additional room if this was mentioned earlier. my kids went down to get breakfast and was not made aware of having to pay until after they made their selections, the food was disgusting and they didn't even eat it. Also, the elevators were broken. the entire property just lacked class it felt very ghetto.

Going Downhill
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Our door did not automatically lock when the door was closed unless you literally slammed the door, and double checked it. We took all our electronics with us whenever we left the room because it did not seem safe to leave them in a room that didn't lock and the hotel safe in the closet was closed and too small to fit a standard computer. Room was not the cleanest - dead rose leaves next to the nightstand. No fan in the bathroom of the junior suite. We have been to this hotel in the past and it's definitely gone downhill recently.
