Pros: The staff was for the most part down to earth, unlike the patrons of the hotel and surrounding areas. I'm not suggesting that the homeless are the issue it's more the businesses that tend to them as local favorites. The security are very helpful, nice.
Cons: The elevators are dysfunctional, you literally have to guess which side will work after a PM hour. The fact that the foreign maids are used as slave spyglasses, more than likely against their will, disturbed myself.
