Pros: Beautiful property. Very zen and comforting in the lounge areas and patio. Staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
Cons: We had to wait almost 2 hours for our room. The room was also extremely inconvenient to reach. We had to walk down a series of hallways. We turned the corner 6 times and had long hallways at each turn before we got to our room. Also, the room was absolutely nothing special. Very basic and very few available outlets in the room. You are definitely paying the surroundings and property and not the comfort of the room. Food was also pricey, but it is a resort.

Pros: The friendly staff...the room and ambiance through out the entire estate. The hotel is nestled back in a very quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Albuquerque which creates a complete serene experience! Refreshes the mind and the spirit!!
Cons: No complaints!.... An indoor pool for the cold Albuquerque winter months would be nice.

Pros: Loved the pool area although the oxbow pool was out of commission during our stay. We also loved the full size roll-away bed.
