Pros: The location was beautiful along with the amenities. The help staff at the pool area was very attentitive and friendly and accomadating.
Cons: I had purchased ridiculously overpriced food & drink at the pool area and they STILL wouldn't let me bring a cooler with gatorades & waters for my 4 kids to the pool. They closed alot of the amenities at 6pm even though it was still light.

Disappointing
08-11-2017
Pros: It is a very pretty hotel but not much to do this time of year.
Cons: The parking is quite a ways away from the hotel entrance unless you want to pay $18/day for Valet. The rooms are nothing special. The sheets are very rough & not at all 5 Star. $24.44/day resort fee but all resort activities are closed in winter?

Pros: I liked the location and the history.
Cons: You can hear people walking around, water running, loud talkers in the room. The bed was not comfortable. I was most surprised about the bed quality.

Pros: The pool.
Cons: While some staff were great like the front desk and valet, management staff at the pool were rude and unprofessional.
