Great place to stay with...
Pros: Bed was comfy and the pullout couch for our kids was also comfortable. Room was very clean and updated. The hotel had a lot to do for us adults and the kids. Horseback riding was a highlight of our stay.
Cons: Nothing. We liked it all.

Pros: The Staff were excellent
Cons: There were swimming bugs in the pool, the hotel room was on the level of a La Quinta. The breakfast which costs $14 a person is what other "lesser" hotels would call a free continental breakfast.

Pros: The pool with the water slide was excellent. My son and I had a blast going down it numerous times. The staff, all of the staff, were excellent. Theme of hotel is consistent. Enjoyed just walking the grounds, lots of wildlife including little bunnies.
Cons: A bit of a drive off the highway, really secluded. One pool was down due to maintenance. Thermostat directly below the vent, so it didn't get an accurate reading of the room temp. Valet not included in resort fee.

Pros: The hotel and grounds were beautiful, and the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure that all of our needs were met. I appreciated the attention to detail.
Cons: There were activities offered for an extra fee that I feel should have been included in the the resort fee. I expect to pay extra for horseback riding and spa treatments, but there was extra fee for things like archery. No golf discount for hotel guests

Pros: It is a very pretty hotel but not much to do this time of year.
Cons: The parking is quite a ways away from the hotel entrance unless you want to pay $18/day for Valet. The rooms are nothing special. The sheets are very rough & not at all 5 Star. $24.44/day resort fee but all resort activities are closed in winter?
